Many of you may be the same as I, but when I go to theme parks I am very detail oriented. I notice little changes, I notice if things are straight or crooked, I notice if things are clean or not, I notice cracks, chips or wear in the paint. To the average vacationer in Central Florida, I suppose that doesn't matter if you've shelled out several grand for a trip to the "Happiest Place on Earth" but I'm very picky.

Having a background in audio and video, one of the most prominent things I notice, especially at Disney parks, is the audio background music. I know it's supposed to be background and not REALLY noticed, but It seems to me that it should be changed more than every 10 or 15 years to reflect the atmosphere. For some it may be nostalgia, I know that certain tunes, sounds, etc., trigger memories and so on, but shouldn't we also create new memories? How much could it possibly cost to re-vamp the audio library for the parks?

Another thing, I think the Mission:Space ride is great, I like the preshow and the interactive area but why couldn't Disney do something to update the CircleVision and attraction movies and queing videos throughout the parks to make them more modern looking? I know cost is certainly a factor, but I would think that would be less of an issue with Disney. I mean, some of the video footage is almost as old as the parks. Just a personal issue with me.
