America’s Holograms is a visual display provider located in the heart of California’s Capitol. We specialize in visual spectacles that capture viewers imaginations and stain the memories forever. We are organized under Data Flow LLC and Paired with HYPERVSN and Alpha Architectural Signs & Lighting.
Our collaborative team has many facets of expertise in installation, design, and innovation. HYPERVSN, a leader in Holographic Technology, says this about our relationship: “We are thrilled that America’s Holograms has become our partner in the United States, bringing in a wealth of local expertise and professional approach. Together we will be able to accelerate the world’s transition to more meaningful and highly impactful visual technologies with HypervsnTM solution”.
The future of advertising is here. Some of the world’s most successful companies have already begun to utilize Hypervsn by Kino-mo. Coca Cola called on holographic technology to promote their new juice and soft drink line towards their audience in Russia. A set of Hypervsn 3D displays featured the drinks at an easily visible location. Within the 4-week campaign, results floored those who inspected the data.
“Hypervsn™ campaign for one type of juice and soft drink allowed to achieve a 23.7% increase in sales volume and 46.7% growth in turnover. The figures for the second juice and soft drink products were also impressive. Sales soared by 9.3% and turnover increased by 31.1%. Within the next four-week post-campaign period there was a significant decline in numbers with sales dropping by 18.8% and turnover by 35.9% on average. Overall, the data collected re-confirmed that the immersive shopping experience Hypervsn™ creates has full potential to become a game-changer”.
In September of 1990, John Jerit founded a “start-from-scratch” company with only one main product. Soon sales for American Paper Optics’ (APO) “3D Fireworks Glasses” grew, as did the demand for other variations of paper promotional 3D glasses. APO’s manufacturing and marketing evolved from a demand for quick turnaround promotional specialty optics. Today, with a staff of 44 employees, APO manufactures more than 14 different types of specialty paper 3D glasses in an unlimited number of frame shapes.
Since the company originated, APO has become the world’s largest manufacturer of paper 3D eyewear. During this time, owner and 3D aficionado, John Jerit, transformed a “silly” paper novelty business into a 3D eyeglass empire with products distributed worldwide. Named “Small Business Executive of the Year” in 1998 by the Memphis Business Journal, John attributes aggressive marketing and diversification to the company’s successful production of more than two billion 3D glasses. In November 1999, Entrepreneur Magazine selected John as one of the nation’s outstanding small businessmen for his masterful marketing of 3D glasses for movies, television, web-sites, theme park attractions, laser light shows, and fireworks displays. In September 2010, Inc. 5000 Magazine ranked American Paper Optics number 1,316 on its list of the top 5,000 fastest growing private companies. APO was again added to the Inc 5000 “Fastest Growing Companies” list in September of 2018 (#1,876).
Creative Visions is the brainchild of Mark McDonough, a thirty-five year veteran of the
amusement industry, who leads an amazing team that will bring your ideas to life.
The origins of the company date back to 1986 when it was providing technical and A/V support for
corporate events and meetings. In 1992, the firm entered the themed amusement industry and
soon changed it’s name to Creative Visions, reflecting the new scope of it’s offerings.
Creative Visions is now a world-wide provider of custom animatronic characters and custom displays
and special effects for the themed amusement industry.
What sets Creative Visions apart?
It’s our quality and attention to detail. We do not claim to be the biggest, but our quality rivals the best.
We want you to be happy with your Creative Visions experience by delivering exceptional quality at a fair price…consistently.
About the President:
Mark McDonough, President of Creative Visions, has been in the theatre since age eleven. He has worked on
countless stage productions, owned three companies and worked as a radio DJ…all before he was old enough to drink!
He was chapter president of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity at Saint Louis University where he graduated with degrees
in both Technical Theatre and Advertising. He currently resides in Saint Louis with his dog Rocky.
Flix FX designs and fabricates high quality mechanical effects for television, film and themed entertainment venues. We also specialize in physical effects, robotics, action/electronic props, miniatures, oversized props, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, mold making, environmental effects and graphics. We have a vacuum-form capacity to 4′ X 8′ and create custom architectural accents.
Gantom Lighting & Controls, formerly Darklight, was founded in the Spring of 2010 as a manufacturer of special-effects lighting equipment catering to the themed attraction industry. We specialize in illumination of low-light and space-constrained environments where traditional theatrical luminaires aren’t suitable.
Our “Precision” series of LED fixtures were developed with compactness, safety, modularity, and ease-of-use in mind to allow lighting designers to illuminate environments impossible to illuminate with larger fixtures. In 2011, we expanded our product line to include compact controllers that add a dynamic element to our luminaires.
In late 2012, we launched a new line of products designed for the professional lighting and architectural markets called the “Gantom” series. Our award-winning products have become the “secret weapon” of many lighting designers and industry experts and have been installed in a wide range of venues around the world including theme parks, museums, bars and clubs, casinos, and haunted attractions.
In late 2014, after experiencing an extended period of extraordinary growth, Darklight rebranded itself as Gantom to reflect our metamorphic expansion and intention to develop products beyond our original scope. In 2015, we launched our Gantom Live! division, which specializes in low-investment, interactive technology for attractions. One of Gantom’s flagship creations is the Torch Technology—infrared (IR) beacons placed throughout a venue which transmit live show data to guest wearable devices. Torch Technology was most recently used in interactive snowflakes at the holiday season ICE! at Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center.
2016 was a big year for us. Our Torch Technology was a recipient of the 2016 Thea Award, an honor conferred by the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA) in recognition of a technology’s creative potential. We also launched our ZTag product at IAAPA. In ZTag, players wear IR badges that interact not only with the environment but with each other. Our “Storm Series” release was a significant milestone; this is an entirely new product line and represents our official entry into the architectural lighting market.
Rounding out our accomplishments in 2016 was our acquisition of the Haunted Attraction Network and the creation of the Gantom Media division. Gantom Media produces several audio programs, operates multiple web properties, and distributes an industry print magazine. Gantom Media has become the largest global media entity in the haunted attraction industry.
Gantom is a combination of “Gan,” our founder’s last name, and “Phantom,” which reflects our humble Halloween lighting beginnings.
Gantom is a proud member of PLASA, USITT, IAAPA, HAA, and TEA.
Neweb Labs uses artificial intelligence, holography, and motion capture to provide cutting-edge experiences.
We create and combine 3D animated assets with interactive technology for use as holograms, on social media, and in mobile applications to be used for concerts, events, social engagement, brand activations and virtual humans. If you want to create an unforgettable experience and build an emotional connection with your audience, come to Neweb Labs.
Neweb Labs is the sister company of Vox Populi Productions, which has been producing the topical show ICI Laflaque, broadcasted on national television Radio-Canada for the past 14 years. It is a 3D animated, 21-minute show based on current affairs and news. The owner, Yves St-Gelais, has won numerous awards for his work in 3D animation including several Gemeaux Awards, which honours French-Canadian achievement in Canadian Television. Because of the nature of the show, they had to develop a production pipeline allowing real-time motion capture, which led to its President and main Producer, Yves St-Gelais, to start a new company focusing on interactive characters and personalities and real-time 3D animation.
After two years of R&D, Neweb Labs was officially launched. We have an award winning team with over 20 years of experience in visual effects, 3D animation and motion capture along with expertise in artificial intelligence and holography. We developed the first interactive holographic singer in the world: Maya Kodes. Her website is www.MayaKodes.com. She is live and can interact with an audience. She has this capability because we use advanced motion capture technology and have developed a unique pipeline in order to capture movements and vocals in real time. She is a testament to our technical and artistic capabilities.
We also developed an artificial intelligence app so you can finally put a face to a virtual assistant engine and interact on a more personal level. This was completed in partnership with Di-o-Matic, a leader in software development, together with whom we developed the software communication protocols between our characters and various artificial intelligence engines on the market. The latest trend in customer service is using virtual humans as greeters, customer service agents, tour guides, and check-in people for retail, hotels, airports, lobbies and events. Our system can be used for mobile applications or for virtual human terminals.
