I noticed just recently that Mickey's Philharmagic is replacing the Lion King at Magic Kingdom. I was curious if anyone knew about the technology they are using to expand the image on the screen 150 foot wide, as well as make the screen different sizes while using 3-D technology.
Just Curious How They Do That?

Multiple projection systems. It starts off with one, opens up to three, then goes back to one again at the end. Quite a challenge, technically, for the production team.

1 in the center to 3, as in the left and right expand...?
As in, exactly like the Universe of Energy?
Heck, the screens at NRG even "change size" by being raised or lowered and their projections being "Boxed" in synchronization.
Wait, isn't 150ft the size of a single Energy screen?
I'm entirely not impressed now....
