Traci is a creative leader who loves crossovers between museums, theatre, themed entertainment, film, and live events. She founded and was the CEO of an award winning, woman owned lighting design firm, was the Creative Director for a large international themed entertainment project, and is currently a Consultant on a redevelopment project in NYC.
As the world opens up again after the pandemic, and the United States slowly closes the door to women's rights, Traci decided to find new ways to pay it forward in recognition of the many people who supported/supports her as a woman. With that, she co-founded a new not-for-profit A Lady Macbeth Initiative 501(c)(3) (ALMI). ALMI was specifically created to provide mentorship, connections and resources for funding to produce short films with behind-the-camera teams composed primarily of women. The power that media has over how we see the world is greater than most people realize. And how we see the world informs how we change the world.
