About Me
I am an English graduate student studying creative writing and narrative development with the hopes of becoming a show writer.
My story
I was too practical of a child. That's why, when I discovered my love for writing in fifth grade, I quickly talked myself out of pursuing a literary career because I didn't want to be a journalist and couldn't have a stable career as a novelist. Fast forward to 2020. I think a lot of us started reconsidering our lives and career paths that year. I still loved writing, but I also discovered through my job as an elementary teacher I loved creating experiences. What if there was a way to combine my love for writing and themed experiences? Lo and behold, I discovered Show Writing. Nothing had ever made so much sense to me. So, I decided to go back to school to hone my creative writing skills to prepare for a career as a Show Writer or Story Developer in themed entertainment.
