My background began in technical event production, working between a church and high school that shared the same campus and audiovisual equipment for events. I started out as an Industrial Engineering major before realizing I wasn’t made for CAD or wiring - I didn’t want to build the rollercoaster, but rather manage all of the fun things around it. After assisting with automating the guest intake process for my church, I interned at Universal Creative as a Project Management Intern for the Advanced Technology Interactives department. I helped produce a playtest and organized event logistics and communications for over 200 participants, assisted with deploying a new custom project management platform, and transformed a research reporting template into an intuitive form that produced a PDF for sharing with project teams.
I then went on to Walt Disney Imagineering, where I was a Producer Intern for Design Services, the team responsible for show quality upkeep in partnership with parks operations partners. I supported the Water Parks, Miniature Golf, Transportation, Resort Hotels, and Magic Kingdom portfolios, organizing and assisting with efforts ranging from rockwork refurbishments to bus wraps and carpet replacements.
I was elected to the TEA Eastern Board as the Student Member representative starting in 2025. This continues my work of championing workforce development and supporting the next generation of themed entertainment professionals, which I have done through serving on the Eastern Education Committee and International NextGen Committee.
