Universal Destinations & Experiences Entering Brazil
For my MBA course called Global Management of Business, we were challenged to act as consultants by selecting a company, choosing a country where it does not yet operate, and evaluating both using international business concepts. The goal was to prepare a report for the company’s board of directors outlining if, why, and how the company should enter the chosen market.
As someone fascinated by the theme park industry, I took this opportunity to dive deeper into Universal Destinations & Experiences’ operations, and analyze the key factors involved in developing new theme parks. For my country of choice, I found the Brazilian market particularly interesting, recognizing their strong tourism presence in Orlando and cultural love for entertainment.
