I have been so fortunate to have many people support my journey as a woman. With that said, I decided to find a new way to pay it forward. I recently co-founded the not-for-profit A Lady Macbeth Initiative 501(c)(3) (ALMI). ALMI was created to provide mentorship, connections, and resources for funding to produce short films with behind-the-camera teams composed primarily of women. Why choose this medium to support? The power that media/film have over how we see the world is greater than most people realize, and how we see the world informs how we change the world.
Want more information and to support ALMI? Check us out at www.ladymac.org to view the pitch video for our inaugural project Maxine, see the resources we are providing and donate. All donations can help push our mission forward – any amount and in-kind donations (services, locations, props, costumes, etc.) will help push us forward.

She founded and was the CEO of an award winning, woman owned lighting design firm, was the Creative Director for a large international themed entertainment project, and is currently a Consultant on a redevelopment project in NYC.
As the world opens up again after the pandemic, and the United States slowly closes the door to women's rights, Traci decided to find new ways to pay it forward in recognition of the many people who supported/supports her as a woman. With that, she co-founded a new not-for-profit A Lady Macbeth Initiative 501(c)(3) (ALMI). ALMI was specifically created to provide mentorship, connections and resources for funding to produce short films with behind-the-camera teams composed primarily of women.
