He retired over four decades later as Senior Vice President Creative Development overseeing the Walt Disney World Resort including: The Magic Kingdom, Disney Springs, water parks, multiple hotels, and other resort-wide entertainment experiences, and mentoring the Imagineers constructing Shanghai Disneyland.
